MYSY INC. TERMS OF AGREEMENT
THE CLIENT EMPOWERS MYSY Inc., it's owners, employees, subcontractors and affiliates to perform or engage in any act on behalf of the client, necessary to the accomplishment of the purpose of this agreement. In this regard, MYSY Inc. agrees to use its knowledge and expertise to remove negative items that are placed inaccurately, frivolously, inquiries that were never authorized by yourself or accounts that are not being updated correctly by creditors and/or bureaus, in a manner consistent with the federal*FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT*. The client is still responsible for paying outstanding debts.
MYSY Inc. will work to expedite this process in a six to eight month process and this does mean business days of the month!! FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE CLIENT'S FULLY COMPLETED APPLICATION MATERIALS SENT BY CERTIFIED MAIL OR FEDEX. IN CASES WHERE GREATER CHALLENGES EXIST, ADDITIONAL TIME MAY BE REQUIRED. In these circumstances, MYSY Inc. will assist client(s) for an extended period of time at no additional cost, as part of it's warranty.

MYSY INC./SECOND CHANCE CREDIT WARRANTY
IF ALL NEGATIVE ENTRIES HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED WITHIN THE SIX TO EIGHT MONTH TIME FRAME, MYSY INC. WILL CONTINUE IT'S WORK UNTIL SUCCESSFUL. IF CLIENT HAS SENT TO MYSY INC. ALL COPIES OF CREDIT REPORTS FROM EXPERIAN, TRANSUNION AND EQUIFAX, IMMEDIATELEY UPON RECEIPT IN THE SIX TO EIGHT MONTH PERIOD, AND WE SEE THAT NONE OF THE NEGATIVES ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED MYSY INC. WILL REFUND FEES PAID, MINUS A $225.00 COST FOR ADMINISTRATION FEES.________________INT.

1) ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding amoung the Parties and supersedes any prior written or oral Agreement between them respecting the subject matter contained herein. There are no reporesentations, Agreements, arrangements or understandings, or written, between and amoung the Parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement that are not fully expressed herein. Any prior Agreements, promises, negotiations, or representations not expressly se forth in the Agreement are of no force and effect.
2) AMENDMENTS: Any amendment of this Agreement shall be in writing and dated.
3) RECOVERY OF LITIGATION COSTS: If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alledged dispute, breach, default or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
4) ARBITRATION: Attorney's Fees: Any dispute or conflict between the parties hereto which arises out of or is related to this Agreement may, at either pary's election, be submitted for mandatory binding arbitration by and according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The prevailing party in arbitration shall be entitled to recover cost and fees, including reasonable attorney's fee, from the other part of hereto, including costs and fees on appeal, if any.
5) INTERPRETATION: The Agreement has been negotiated between unrelated parties who are sophisticated and knowledgeable in the matters contained in this Agreement and who have acted in their own self -interest.
